Dear ATF, please finalize RIN 1140-AA98
Please pass this rule. I support it and urge ATF to permanently reverse the 2023 stabilizing brace rule. I had wanted to purchase this type of pistol but because of rules being constantly changed I wasn’t sure if it was legal to own one. Although the law seems to be on my side now, it wouldn’t take much for the current status to change. Please finalize RIN 1140-AA98 and make the wording simple enough so that people like me can understand it and that it is not open to interpretation.
