Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08930

Congress has already cleary defined what a machine gun and machine gun device is, and by simple text "bump stockd" do not fit the definition as they do not allow for more than one projectile to be fired per one pull of the trigger. The same effect can be created with a rubber band or belt loop, are we to start outlawing those items as well?
