Considering that braced firearms are used in less than 0.1% of crimes committed with a firearm, it is nonsensical to maintain an arbitrary "rule" against brace devices when the ATF itself green lighted them for civilian ownership for over 10 years. No law abiding citizen should be prevented from legally owning and using these devices, and without fear of legal repercussion for what amount to a safety device. The ATF should absolutely repeal this "rule" immediately.
