The new plan forces buyers to pay for extra verification fees while removing the human judgment that keeps communities safe. Unlike NFA transfers that require government approval, this rule just waits for the clock to run out. Please remove the provisions for direct shipping of standard firearms from this final rule to protect local businesses.
