I have to ask who's the brain child behind this stupid BULLSHIT?. Talk about re-establishing the wild west days. Whats next? Lowering the purchasing age to sixteen or less? Or just hand out guns to criminals as they leave the jails and prisons. You claim to lower the crime rate by having dealers doing the time to crime demand 2 reports then make it so straw purchases , drunks, stoned people can subvert and sneak through the system that works just fine as it is. As an FFL dealer for 40 plus years we have stopped straw purchases, and helped law enforcement to capture and prosecute criminals attempting to purchase firearms, . This will also create a monopoly for the big box sellers..
