While the current system for NFA items works because the government must approve every transfer, this new path lacks any real human check. Buyers will pay a $7 fee just to lose their local store. The current in-person rules work perfectly and are not too hard to follow. Please strike the direct-shipping parts for standard guns from this final rule.
