I am opposed to this rule. I have a small business that sells firearms. My FFL would become worthless and you are allowing people to get firearms that are not verified in person. We as small businesses are the last line of defense in selling firearms to people that will not do harm to others. YOu need to rely on our HUMAN judgment to make the calls that you cannot do over email. You can't tell how a person is simply by an email you need that person to person interaction. I urge you to withdraw this rule.
