In general, I'm not opposed to gun ownership. However, I am opposed to loopholes in the law that allow gun sellers not to be held legally responsible for theirs or their employees' ignorance of the law. The loopholes should be removed with explicit penalties for these sellers and their employees for breaking the ATF laws and gun safety practices. For the seller, that means immediate loss of license; for the employee that means immediate loss of job. Or worse?
