I support the proposed rule, since these nonsensical, arbitrary rules unfairly punish everyday Americans for absolutely no reason. The 2nd amendment implies the right to build your own firearms and restricting the sources of quality, inexpensive parts serves no other purpose than to suppress their preexisting rights that are enshrined in this amendment.
