Comment on FR Doc # 2026-09165

This is long overdue. As the ATF states in their proposal, this law is old enough to be common knowledge at this point. Requiring that FFLs hand pamphlets to their customers that - more often than not - get thrown away before the customer even leaves the property is simply a waste of time and money.
