Comment on FR Doc # 2026-09165

I agree with removing the youth handgun notice (RIN 1140-AA87). FFL's already deal with an absorbant number of requirements that they must follow in order to not commit an offense and risk losing their license. If we can remove one more thing from their plate and reduce their operating costs, then I'm all for it.
