I support the rule change. It is redundant regulatory overreach to require FFLs to have signage and handouts for a commonly known statute. The law is unchanged, it just relieves burden and cost for businesses to have to devote labor and time to handing out literature that a customer will more than likely disregard, as they are already aware of the statute.
