Summary: The commenter, who appears to be a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), expresses mixed feelings about removing the Youth Handgun Safety Act notice. While they appreciate the effort to reduce paperwork, they argue that the current requirement is not an undue burden because the government provides the materials at no cost.
While we are all for cutting down the paperwork required, I am not sure I can see how this is an undue burden on FFL's given that the Government provides the pamphlets and the signage at no cost to the FFL. we just have to post it and provide it to customers at the point of sale/transfer. It costs me nothing to give them these pamphlets. That said, I do appreciate that you are working to make it easier and less burdensome
