This clarification is being made to address an injustice that happened to a Utah citizen in 2005. That was 21 years ago. Since the improvement of the steam engine in 1776 we have been living in The Golden Age of Technology. Contrast our technological wonders with New Jersey's limp-wristed treatment of violent criminals. Then, we see here how some police officers and judges harshly treated an innocent citizen who was simply exercising his Second Amendment right to bear arms. He was not a criminal, and carrying a gun is a right, not a privilege, like operating a motor vehicle is. The authorities who detained this traveler are not patriots. They are despicable tyrants. We shouldn't need a law to correct this injustice, but I guess we do need one in case any future authorities are also mental midgets. Again, I want you to contrast the amazing technology we use everyday with judicial aberrations which occur too frequently in NJ and the USA. Is our criminal justice system in a Dark Age?
