I am in favor of the proposed clarifications to the protection of the transportation of firearms under the gun control act.
The clarifications will allow greater freedom of movement for those looking to exercise the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms in the locations of their choosing, without fear of arrest in states that currently violate capriciously the spirit and letter of the 2nd Amendment with arbitrary licensing and possession schemes designed to entrap otherwise law-abiding gun owners.
