Summary: An individual commenter opposes the proposed restrictions on importing firearm frames and receivers. They argue that the rules should be eased or eliminated to allow the public easier access to parts and replacements from foreign sources for both sporting and non-sporting purposes.
Regarding this specific rule here about the importation of fire-arm frames and receivers, I believe any restrictions upon doing so should be eased and eliminated so it eliminates the burdens felt by the public at large in their search for parts and replacements that are unable to be obtained within the United States. Whether they be for sporting purposes or non-sporting purposes, importation restrictions must be eased for the public's ability of acquisition sought. I am ONLY in favor upon the rule-making that is to ALLOW the importations of foreign frames and receivers, no matter the purpose used for, to be allowed across from foreign to domestic import. This is what I agree with.
