This is long overdue. The lack of availability of surplus parts for collector firearms has been substantially hampered by the current rule. The GCA prohibits import of fully automatic firearms, the rule that bars importation of dual use frames and parts unjustly inhibits lawful gun owners from owning or repairing foreign made arms for all legal purposes.
