I am in favor of ATF proposed rule RIN 1140-AA96. The most common rifle is the United States is the AR15, which is a perfect example of how a fire-arm can be dual-use. To give another example, I own both a Barrett MRAD and Barrett M107, and use both for hunting and target shooting. Both are currently fielded by our armed forces. There is no reason why foreign firearm manufacturers should be limited when American manufacturers are not.
