I support this rule change. It is a nonsensical prohibition to ban the import of "non-sporting" receivers or barrels. As this is a nebulous definition that can change with the wind. If a firearm is lawful under the GCA and/or NFA there should be no additional restrictions on the import of such weapon or part. This will be beneficial to the US economy as well. It will allow collectors and importers to explore markets that were arbitrarily cut off by the "sporting" use clause for many platforms.
