I live on the border of TN and KY near Fort Campbell. Many of the ranges I use are located in KY while my residence is in TN. Submitting an ATF E-Form for advance notice every single time is nothing but a nuisance. As a lawful firearms owner, veteran, and current first responder. Unplanned range days with family or friends mean I cannot bring an SBR or suppressor, simply thanks to meaningless bureaucracy. Changing this rule and allowing short term transportation without notice would allow myself and any other persons residing along state borders to lawfully enjoy their 2nd amendment right.
