First, I believe that the NFA violates the 2nd amendment and therefore is unconstitutional. The requirement to notify ATF of transporting your legally owned NFA item across state lines is ridiculous and unnecessary. Its no different than transporting any other firearm across state lines. This rule needs finalized and adopted.
