Another area that has needed addressing for a long time!
Straw purchasing should be limited in definition to buying a firearm on behalf of someone who is a prohibited person. Period. The definition should NOT include to many other things such as a gift, a firearm purchased for a family member, picking up a repair etc etc
I support this change and hope the clarifications are well written for a change
