Requiring sex at birth on ATF forms creates undue burden on transgender and intersex individuals and has no benefit to public safety. This will cause mismatches between gun purchaser's government identification and ATF forms. This proposed rule serves no purpose but to discriminate and will limit transgender and intersex individuals' constitutional right to bear arms.
