I'm making this comment due to to express my disagreement with this proposed rule, specifically Rule ATF-2026-0010. Why are we cresting more gun control when we know that it doesn't work? Why are we trying to disenfranchise an entire group of people? The second amendment is available to everyone. The right to keep and bear arms is for everyone.
