This proposal serves no rational or necessary purpose beyond providing a chilling effect for Americans who wish to exercise their legal rights as gun owners. Adding "sex at birth" or any similar question will do nothing to help security or crime reduction but will discourage fun ownership from responsible citizens. This proposal should not go forward.
