The second amendment is a right guaranteed to citizens so that they can protect themselves as needed, regardless of physical strength or stature. This proposed rule places some of our citizens into a catch-22 loop that would deny them this right. They have not committed crimes, they have not been convicted of anything that would allow the denial of this right. It is one more slippery slope towards removing these rights for all citizens.
