Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08918

I am a North Carolina Concealed Handgun Permit holder as well as a FFL holder. Obtaining each of those required an FBI fingerprinting and review of my potential disqualifying history; together they are a more rigorous screening than the NICS check. I am strongly supporting this proposal. To screen vetted CHP/FFL holders seems like a wasteful use of resources. Thank you.
