The CLEO notification is an outdated hassle for law abiding NFA owners, we already go through a background check with the atf. The digitization of the NFA process and modern law enforcement databases make this an unnecessary process. Most CLEOs dont even know what to do with the forms so I support getting rid of this requirement.
