Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08928

I believe this rule should be approved as it would lessen burdens now placed on FFLs and SOTs involved in producing machineguns and serving government needs; this approach would allow qualified businesses to operate more efficiently while continuing to serve legitimate government needs. For these reasons, I support the rule.
