Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08928

I support the changes in this rulemaking because it would reduce unnecessary burdens on FFLs and SOTs that produce machineguns and provide services to government customers. This approach would allow qualified businesses to operate more efficiently while continuing to serve legitimate government needs. For these reasons, I support the rule.
