Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08928

I favor moving ahead with this rule as it would ease the existing burden on FFLs and SOTs that produce machineguns and provide government-facing services; the change would make the process more practical while still recognizing the specialized nature of this work. For these reasons, I support the rule.
