Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08928

I respectfully support this rule as it would ease the existing burden on FFLs and SOTs that produce machineguns and provide government-facing services. From my perspective, the change would make the process more practical while still recognizing the specialized nature of this work. For these reasons, I support the rule.
