While ANY help in making NFA transfers easier is welcome, wouldn't it be much easier to do away with the Hughes amendment and just have one category of machine gun - transferable.
I understand that would have to go thru CONgress.
Clarifications and exact procedures would be very helpful to SOT dealers.
