Not only should the engraving requirement go away, the entire GCA’68 and NFA’34 should go too. How dumb is it to destroy peoples lives, massive fines and prison time over something that would otherwise be LEGAL if a $200 tax was paid? And to beat all, to regulate something to such extent that is a RIGHT that is to “not be infringed”. Embrace the true history and traditions of freedom the founders envisioned for us all.
