Does anyone in the .gov read or appreciate history? Stalin, Hitler, Camodia and even King George used firearm confiscations to achieve (or at least try to achieve) their tyrannical goals. At least our patriots defied the King and our great country was born. Firearm record retention is a precursor to a national registry which is totally illegal. Once registered then confiscation is only a matter of time.
Are there any patriots left in our government that have the Spirit of "76? We have a great opportunity to roll back some of these invasive rules so lets do it and more. Decades long firearm transaction record retention is so anti-American that it bewilders me how this came about to begin with. It's a financial drain on our resources that could be used in a more productive manner.
Do something right for the American people for a change. Do not pass more unconstitutional rules e.g. pistol braces, FRT's, changing definition of receiver, private transfer restrictions, etc.
