The US government and it’s unelected, long time bureaucrats must follow the constitution’s second amendment words, “ shall not be infringed” that means no tracking of persons buying or selling (as individuals on a one time or infrequently) not as a licensed business. The tracking of citizens is no more than a hit list of citizens for a future draconian government to target citizens for confiscation. STOP !!!
